WELCOME
Welcome to Mississippi Institute for Mindfulness (MS Mindfulness). The purpose of MS Mindfulness is to promote mindfulness to a world in need by helping individuals access their inner resources and cultivate resilience, health, and a sense of well being.
Kathy Woodliff, LPC is the only certified MBSR teacher in Mississippi and one of a few certified teachers in the southeast. After teaching MBSR for three years, there is a growing community of MBSR participants in the area. We are practicing and learning how to better care for ourselves so we can offer clarity and compassion to ourselves, others, and the care of the earth.

MS Mindfulness looks forward to sharing with you the offerings and newsworthy research in the field of mindfulness meditation. Come join us through courses, workshops, and trainings in the Mississippi area. In addition, Continuing Education Units will be offered for therapists and teachers through the courses offered here at MS Mindfulness.

To live in this world
you must be able
to do three things:
to love what is mortal;
to hold it
against your bones knowing
your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go,
to let it go.
- Mary Oliver
